The Strategic Path Group was formed in 1985 as a business management consulting practice by Harry Redinger. From the beginning, the Strategic Path Group’s most competitive skills has been in the areas of teaching, training, and motivating other. Harry Redinger, who earned his MBA from Pepperdine University in 1990, believes that the true magic of life, career, and business success is found when individuals and teams can see life destiny in their chosen path.

Harry Redinger, who has been teaching Business Plan Development courses at UCLA Extension since 1993, has become a Master Instructor and a Master Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. He teaches his students and clients to manage their life like it’s their business and their business like it’s their life. In 2002, Harry Redinger published his book The Strategic Path, Business Plan Development for the Emerging Entrepreneur, which lead to over a decade of US and international lecturing on the subject of Business Plan Development.

To satisfy his interest in management psychology, in 2011, Harry Redinger became a certified practitioner of the California Psychological Inventory (CPI-260) and the EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence instruments.

Harry Redinger, who is an accomplished endurance sports athlete in the areas of Ironman triathlon, marathon running, and century distance cycling, has had a life long interest in health and wellness. In early 2013, Harry Redinger infused his knowledge of psychological type and human behavior into Emotional Intelligence Driven Health & Wellness Programs for individuals and organizations.

The Strategic Path Group now differentiates itself by specializing in training individuals and group on how to apply the knowledge of emotional intelligence using improvisational techniques to better manage their inner thoughts, health, and relationships to achieve life, career, and business success.
