Emotional Intelligence Workshop Participants Welcome

Welcome: If this is your first Emotional Intelligence Team Building Workshop, please do not panic. We at the Strategic Path Group pride ourselves on our ability to connect with our audience and quickly establish competency and trust. We are masters at creating an environment where all are comfortable to share and learn about each other. Direct participation is optional, you can elect to participate by being an observer. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your assigned workshop facilitor.

Our Workshop Goal: To help you connect and understand your workplace behavior, understand the behaviors of others, and master the art of team-sponsored emtional intelligence based corporate culture.

The EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Instrument: Even if you have taken an emotional intelligence instrument in the past, we want all to take the EQi 2.0 as apart of the team building process. Know that your EQi 2.0 report will only be shared with you after you have self-selected your EQ score. The EQi 2.0 is only an indication of your EQ and has nothing to do with IQ or mental health.

The Proper Mindset When Taking the EQi 2.0: The EQi 2.0 is designed to help you determine your level of emotional intelligence, thus, it is important that you answer the questions with your most natural response. Pick the answer that is most natural to you, most comfortable, and most likely response. We have found that the best mindset to have when taking the EQi 2.0 is to be in a “Shoes-Off” state of mind. Remember, this information is private to you so you can better understand yourself and others; the more accurate the report, the more you will benefit from this experience.

How To Take The EQi 2.0:You have or will be receiving an email inventation to complete the EQi 2.0 instrument online. Follow the instruction in this email. Your workshop facilitor will be informed when you complete the EQi 2.0.
